3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, regardless of whether it is for product-only sale or installation:
- Report Immediately: You must report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Prior to Installation: DO NOT install material you believe to be damaged or defective. Installation of a damaged or defective product is considered acceptance of the product, and it voids the right to claim a return or refund for that material.
- Resolution: VS Flooring will work with the manufacturer to inspect and replace the defective or damaged material at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for eligible Product-Only items, please follow these steps:
